Veteran-owned businesses must complete an eligibility determination process prior to being allowed to bid on 'Veterans-First’ contracts with the VA. The Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) is reducing some of the red tape and delays for veteran-owned businesses by allowing minor corrections to their applications for eligibility.
